Pilates Personal Training
One to one Pilates classes are a great way to get quicker results from your training. Classes are tailored to your individual needs with hands on instruction. Personal training is also recommended if you have an injury so you can work at your own pace. Movements will be specifically chosen and altered to accommodate any limitations. Personal training sessions are done in the studio or, if you prefer, in the comfort of your own home.
The cost for 1 hour is €60 per session or €300 if you book 6 sessions (getting the 6th session free).
Semi-private Pilates Training
Invite a friend to train with you and you'll both have a personalised programme but at a reduced price! Why not get a group of friends together for your own class? It means you get to choose a time that is best for you and you can have your Pilates class just with your friends. These sessions can be done in the studio or, if you have space, in the comfort of your own home.
This is also available for groups (ladies clubs, seniors etc.)
The cost for this depends on the number of participants.
Corporate Pilates Training
Available in North Dublin and Dublin City Centre. Show your employees that you care about their health and well being by making exercise accessible at your workplace. We can come into your offices to teach Pilates to your employees. The on-site convenience will encourage more of your employees to incorporate exercise into their lives. With regular exercise your employees will see the benefit of increased energy levels, which in turn will transfer over to a more productive work team!
Classes can be held before work, during lunch or after work. All you need is a space large enough to hold the class. We can come into your workplace and assist you in evaluating a suitable space if necessary.

Sports Club Training
Pilates is very popular with leading sports clubs as it assists in the prevention of injury. The players become more aware of how their bodies can work safely and learn to support their limbs with an inner strength. The Irish Rugby team as well as some well known golfers, footballers, cyclists and runners consider Pilates as an essential part of their training. I can come to your sports club to train the team or we can arrange a time for the team to come into the studio.The cost of this can vary and can be paid by the sports company or split between those attending the class.
