Mat Classes

Mat class passes pay for Pilates Mat classes and Barre Blitz

Single Class - €15
5 Classes - €65 (€13.00 per class) valid for 50 days
10 Classes - €125 (€12.50 per class) valid for 100 days
20 Classes - €230 (€11.50 per class) valid for 100 days

Pilates MAT classes are 50 minutes long.

Reformer Classes

Reformer class passes pay for Reformer Pilates classes

Single Class - €22
5 Classes - €100 (€20 per class) valid for 50 days
10 Classes - €185 (€18.50 per class) valid for 100 days
20 Classes - €350 (€17.50 per class) valid for 100 days

Pilates REFORMER classes are 45 minutes long.

Private Classes

These passes can be used to pay for One to One Pilates sessions for 1-3 people

Single Session - €60
6 Private Sessions - €300

Private Pilates sessions are generally 1 hour long.

 

Class Levels

Pilates Mat Level 1 – Suitable for anyone who is new to Pilates or who is coming back to Pilates after a long break and needs to be reminded of the technique.

Pilates Mat Level 2 – Suitable for those who have done the basics - transition class to prepare you for the more difficult movements.

Pilates Mat Level 3 - Suitable for those comfortable with the basics who are looking for a more challenging class. 

Pilates Mat Level 4 - A challenging class for the experienced participant. Fast moving, incorporating the top levels of the original Pilates movements.

Barre Blitz - A more intense class combining Pilates with the Ballet barre. Much of the class will be done standing using the barre as a prop and small balls and bands will be used to add resistance. You no longer need to be a dancer to get a dancers' body!

Reformer Level 1 - Suitable for beginners. The Reformer is the most popular piece of Pilates equipment. This machine has a moving carriage with ropes, and springs are used for resistance and assistance. The machine helps you become posurally aware and it's very hard to 'cheat' any of the movements so you're guaranteed to feel the correct muscles working.

Reformer Level 2 - Suitable for those who have completed a minimum of 8 'Level 1' classes. You should be comfortable with the movements in 'Level 1' and be ready for more of a challenge.

Reformer Level 3 - Suitable for those who have completed a minimum of 6 months (consecutively) on the Reformer at Level 2. This class will be fast paced and challenging.

Pre-Natal - A class for the expectant mother. This class that can be as challenging as you want it! For pregnancy the class is suitable from the 2nd trimester until birth. A regular Pilates class is recommended for anyone in their first trimester but by all means join this class as early as you wish! This class is more expensive than the others as it it limited to a maximum of 6 people to ensure personal attention.
