Pilates is definitely not just a ladies game!

The Pilates technique is being practiced by so many male athlethes such as Tiger Woods, David Beckham and The Irish Rugby Team to name just a few! Pilates will help to strengthen your core (which you'll learn isn't only the six pack), promote optimal strength by working your bodies full range of movement, and will improve your flexibility and balance. Learning these techniques can help to ease back pain and, more importantly, prevent you getting back pain in the future. Pilates is an exercise system created by a man (Mr. Joseph Pilates) for men (originally soldiers at war) so it's time for you men to reclaim your place in the Pilates class!
