Founded in 2009 by studio owner Anna, Pilates Centre began in Glasnevin before moving to our beautiful Clontarf location in 2012. Our studio sits right across from the stunning Clontarf seafront promenade, offering a bright, distraction-free space where you can reconnect with your movement.
Our goal is simple: to bring you the very best of the Classical Pilates Method in a welcoming, inspiring environment.
The Classical Pilates Method follows the original system created by Joseph Pilates — a precise, progressive method designed to build strength, mobility, control and resilience for life.
Pilates Centre offers you a rare opportunity to experience the full Pliates system. The Classical apparatus we've invested in is very much a partner in your Pilates success. We use authentic Gratz Classical Pilates apparatus, built to the original specifications of Joseph Pilates himself. These handcrafted pieces are the gold standard in the Pilates world.
Our group classes use Reformers, Towers, Spine Correctors, Foot Correctors, Classical Mats, and a variety of small props.
In private lessons, you’ll also work with the Cadillac, High and Low Chairs, Baby Chair, Ladder Barrel, Swedish Bars, Ped-O-Pull, and Toe Correctors.

Every teacher on the Pilates Centre team is trained to the highest international standards — with a minimum of 600 hours of training in the full Classical Pilates Method.
Our teachers are passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping you discover what your body is capable of. Whether you’re new to Pilates or experienced in the method, our teachers guide you with precision, clarity and encouragement.
