Private lessons are great for everybody, especially if you're new to our studio. These lessons will be tailored to your individual needs and goals, and will allow you to progress at your own pace. Our teachers know their stuff and are experienced in working with a diverse population of bodies. They will have you moving well and feeling great in no time!
We especially recommended private lessons if you:
Private lessons are 45 minutes and can be done in the studio or, if you'd prefer, online via Zoom.
One-to-one lessons are €75
