Live Group Classes

Online Matwork classes are such a great way to stay connected to your Pilates practice when you can't get to the studio. They're a really lovely complement to your studio classes, as you'll be able to see your familiar teacher and all of your fellow online class participants. Your teacher can see you and can offer any necessary feedback and cues as you move.

Bookings for online classes close 10 minutes before the start time. About 30 mins before your online class, you'll receive an EMAIL from FitGrid Live with a link to join your class. Please ensure your email address on your MindBody account is CORRECT. If you do not receive emails from us and FitGrid, check your junk/spam/promotional folders.

If you'll be in the house on your own, please email us your exact location and emergency contact before joining the class.

How to prepare:
Have a device with a camera.
Have an internet connection! Even good 4G will work.
Set your mat up so that the full length of your body will be in view of the camera. Setting up the camera to see you from the side is better so we can see your movement.
Have water nearby.
Have a small towel nearby in case you need it to prop up your alignment at any stage.

Online Video Library

Do you prefer to do your home Pilates workouts in your own time? We have an online video library of almost 50 Pilates workouts for all levels to do anytime, anywhere you have access to the internet. Additional videos are added each month. You can access the videos via your MindBody account or our Pilates Centre app once you've purchased. A pass costs €15 for 30 days' unlimited access.
